The unique Transformational Breathing Program™ is taught over two consecutive weeks, from Monday to Friday. For the best benefits to be gained the programs are scheduled first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This promotes the efficient functioning of the digestive system.

The participants are individually monitored with the deep diaphragmatic breathing and isometric exercise system and progressed through the step-by-step program to experience the more challenging aspects and positive changes to the body mind and deeper self.

Once the program is complete participants are assessed again to ascertain progress.

Yoga

Onsite Yoga Program

  • 10x weekly, 45-60 minute
  • Suitable for all levels
  • Before work, lunchtime, or after work

Yoga is a tool that has been used for thousands of years, to open the body and mind, bringing transformation.

Practised regularly it will correct and strengthen the individual on a physical and psychological level, slow the aging process, align the posture, improve skin and muscle tone and overall wellbeing. The classes incorporate a series of progressive more dynamic, flowing postures, giving individuals the opportunity to build strength, flexibility and stamina improving overall performance.

The program is progressive, suited for individuals with some or no previous experience.

Please note: Classes can be modified for individuals and a softer yoga can be offered.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of physical and mental conditioning. A method is a means used to attain an end – the conditioning of the mind and body into a fused state of readiness.

Developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, he originally called his method ‘Contrology’ – the complete coordination of body and mind. Pilates focuses on building core strength and body awareness. This is helpful in correcting weaknesses in the body. Pilates was designed for injured dancers with rigorous routines to recover and continue performing.

The program is ideal for individuals seeking to realign, improving sports rehabilitation, and strengthen core conditioning. It is now available for everyone.

Mindfulness-Meditation

  • Mindfulness-Meditation Program

Mindfulness is about being in the present. It greatly benefits reducing anxiety, depression, and effective behavioural patterns in wellbeing, communication, and decision-making.

Meditation is a key to improving individuals stress management, health and vitality from within – to enhancing relationships and wellbeing, to increasing performance in sport and business, personal growth, to transforming pain and assisting in healing.

Techniques taught are based on stilling the thought waves and creating mental awareness, clarity, and inner peace. Most individuals notice their mind can be very busy, which can make it challenging to focus and often keeps them agitated wake at night and can cause mental/physical exhaustion.

Outdoor Group Fitness

The Group Fitness program offers a strong focus on core stability and general fitness, perfect for anyone wanting to get back into exercise or who wants to take their training to the next level.

The program trainer will incorporate the following into the specially designed sessions:
