Meet Januta, Your Facilitator Many years ago, I went through an incredibly challenging and stressful time. I questioned life and thought there must be more to life than feeling exhausted, unhappy and living in a stressed out existence. I had a lightning bolt of passion that set me on an inquisitive journey of changing my life and making a positive difference in society.
As a result, studied eastern and western science based methodologies. I developed a career over 15 years in Human Resources at a senior management level. I now consult in human resource management, deliver “Empower Your Organisation”, “Master Class Series" of personal development workshops, and organise local andinternational retreats. I teach and incorporate personally developed “The Knowing Flow"® Vinyasa Yoga Sequences, Mindfulness, Meditation, and the renowned 10x session Transformational Breathing Program.
I’m regularly invited to speak and present for various events and conferences, features in the media, and write for magazines and online health and lifestyle publications. Through proven success, companies incorporate Executive Wellbeing’s Collaborative Workplace Programs and Workshops. This results in the leadership teams and staff becoming more focused, creative, solutions orientated, productive, motivated, healthier and happier, improving morale and company performance.

Introduction to the workshop about How to be calm under pressure and avoid burn-out and improve performance and live as your authentic self.
Learn that you have the power and tools within to change and improve your performance and life by building inner resilience. (an energizing exercise is offered)
Learn Calming Techniques positive & negative and the benefits will be experienced.
Become aware of the way you communicate in life and how one can improve the quality of each moment and be aware and alert to opportunities and activate your success. (exercise offered)
Experience Mindfulness Meditation techniques to still the mind to access intuition and to identify subconscious mind chatter (positive & negative). Through this awareness state one becomes more solutions orientated. Meditation also reduces stress and improves overall health.
Learn how your body talks to you and what your pain is saying, this includes a postural alignment exercise.
Cover the healthy platter of, on time, off time, play time, sleep well time for a sustainable life.
