How are you going with your Goals for 2017? Are you on track?
We are still in that early part of the year where you may or may not have set your goals for 2017?
It's essential to have a map so your mind can head on a journey and have a vision to activate your goals. If you have and you’re on track, that’s fabulous. If you have already broken some of the things you set for a fresh new year that’s okay too.
You can start with the best intentions, however, making the new goals happen is one challenge and sticking to them can be even harder.
Being able to master your life and activate it in the present moment is a skill. Our brain is wired or programed and we are reacting to what is delivered to us based on past experience. You start with a mood if you stay with it for a period of time it becomes a temperament, then if you stay stuck there ongoing it becomes your personality.
The beautiful, exciting thing is we can always change if we really want to, with the tools to do so as our body and brain is plastic and is able to be reprogramed or redirected.
Wouldn’t it be fabulous to have a more clear mind, more clear head, and be in control of your emotions and reactions throughout the day or week or ongoing?
Mastery is learning the gap between seeing your stuff, your blocks and behaviours that stop you from activating your goals vision and living your dream life. It’s important to focus on what you want to create.
If you’re finding it difficult to actualise your dreams, you’re not alone as we haven’t been naturally taught this skill. We have the power within to create our life.
Think about this: How much time do you spend on worrying about things like your future, if you’re going to get that job, lose weight, or even be emotionally balanced and happy?
Take a moment to contemplate on how much time you spend focusing, or taking actions on creating what you want.
This is worth thinking about as it is an important part of allowing a happy healthy life to unfold. Everything we need is already here. The difference is mastering the skills to stay present, de-stress, trust in yourself and the process of life, be patient, and having the clarity to see opportunity, then take action.
